Microsoft U.S. Partner Readiness is Microsoft’s organization charged with growing the skills and certifications of its consulting partner community. With the growing popularity of Dynamics CRM in the marketplace, it needed to increase the skills, certifications and delivery capacity of its consulting partner community.

Microsoft selected IMG to develop, manage and deliver a series of “CRM Training and Certification Bootcamps”. Through this program we have trained and assisted in certifying hundreds of employees of Microsoft partner firms in North America.

The program involved both the delivery of in-class and online training, and the development of an online learning environment to complement the live instructional component. Participants access their online learning content by signing in to the IMG Student Portal at www.IMGinc.net , and have access to online courseware, recorded versions of training sessions, IMG-developed practice test content, and more.
