United Training (UT) is North America’s leading consortium of independent certified Microsoft training firms. It needed a web-based CRM application that could leverage its existing investment in Microsoft office, and could be customized to provide event management and other mission critical functionality.

IMG recommended and implemented a solution based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. The hosted solution requires no server installation, no hardware investment and no ongoing maintenance. This made it an ideal fit for UT’s decentralized model, and allowed IMG to get UT up and running quickly, with less than six weeks between project commencement and release of the 1.0 version of UT CRM Online. IMG provided services in four primary areas: data migration, email integration, customizations, and user training.
