Microsoft Learning is the Microsoft organization responsible for the development of worldwide training content. It needed to refresh the E-Learning courses available to Dynamics CRM Online subscribers for the new features included in the November 2009 Service Update.

IMG developed all content for the twenty-five core courses in areas such as sales, marketing, service, customization and administration. Services included:

• Development of core learning content
• Development of demonstrations, tutorials, quizzes and other interactive components
