Announcing Richard Knudson's Dynamics CRM Essentials Series

We're excited to announce a brand-new series of one-day live online training sessions to be conducted by IMG president and Dynamics CRM expert Richard Knudson.

The Essentials are one-day live online sessions that drill down on the things you really need to know about the industry's fastest growing CRM platform. In addition to being a practicing consultant, Richard has trained and helped certify hundreds of individuals on CRM 4.0. His combination of real-world experience, technical depth and communications skills make him the ideal guide for your Dynamics CRM journey.

What's Essential, Really?

Malaria kills nearly a million people every year. This year, we will donate 5% of the proceeds of our Essentials series to something that's a lot more essential: The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. 

We encourage you to donate directly, or register for an Essentials session and we will donate for you.

Throughout the year we'll post our contributions here, so we can see our small part in a big cause.
